摘  要:对高炉软水系统设计进行了探讨,认为:软水密闭循环系统中,二级加压水取经过脱气罐脱气的水,更有利于降低风口中、小套等二级用户带气生产的潜在风险;水系统脱气罐和膨胀罐应合并使用;充氮隔绝空气目的是脱氧及提高水系统压力;不宜将分段控水调节水量作为适应炉况的主要手段。In the paper, the author analyzes the design of soft water system for the blast furnace and points out following views : taking deaerated water from the deaerator as secondary boosted water in the closed loop circulation system of soft water is more conducive to prevent the secondary users, like tuyere cooler and tuyere nose from operating with air; the deaerator and expansion tank shall he used together in the water system; air - free nitrogen filling aims at deaerating and boosting of water system ; water amount regulation by means of sectionized control shall not be used as the main measure of adapting furnace operation status.
