摘　　要：针对一类生产全过程,提出了基于机会约束规划的动态实时优化策略.基于产品质量优化模型,利用机会约束规划,将实时优化问题中的经济和模型不确定约束以一定的置信水平概率满足,通过求解联合概率约束问题,确定各子过程控制器的最优设定值.通过步进式加热炉炉温设定值优化问题的仿真研究,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性.A dynamic real-time optimization（RTO） scheme based on chance-constrained programming（CCP） was presented for a class of plant-wide processes.Chance-constrained programming is employed in the optimization problem,in which the constraints containing economic and model uncertainties are guaranteed to be satisfied at a high level of probability.The real-time optimizer based on product quality model determines the optimal setpoint for each sub-process by solving joint probability constrained problem.Simulation studies for furnace temperature setpoints optimization problem of the walking beam reheating furnace were illustrated to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method.
