人体健康与云南地形环境关系初探

摘　　要：本文从不同地形影响到不同的化学元素迁移和富集而形成不同的康疗环境出发，初步论述了山地高原对克山病、地方性甲状腺肿、高山病等的影响，也论述了盆地地形对地方性氟中毒、疟疾、钩端螺旋体病等的影响。从某些角度揭示了云南地形环境与人体健康的关系，利于人们正确地认识和利用云南的地形环境，避免或改造不利的方面，达到提高人们身体素质、保持身体健康的目的。On the basis of individualization of recuperate environment, which formed by different topography and remove individualization chemical element, this paper discussed the of influence of mountain, plateau on Keshan disease, endemic thyroid, mountain sickness, etc. And expounded the influence of basin on endemic flouor Disi, malaria, lepbospirosis, etc. Further, this paper brought to light the some relationship between topography environment in Yunnan and health, which help people to know and exploit the topography environment of Yunnan, to refrain from some disadvantageous element, to achieve a good of raising the quelity of the people and maintaining health.
