摘　　要：以含铜废渣为原料，采用氨浸、催化氧化、蒸馏、结晶的工艺制备碱式硫酸铜，探讨了氨浸机理，在正交试验的基础上得出了氨浸工艺条件，并对蒸氨等过程进行了研究．该工艺具有设备简单、投资少。The basic cupric sulfate is prepared via ammonia treatment of dregs containing copper,catalytic oxidization,distillation and crystallization.On the basic of orthogonal experiments,the best technological conditions are determined.The mechanism of ammonia treatment and course of distillation of ammonia are studied.The advantages of this technology are:simple installation,inexpensive investement,low cost and high efficiency.
