摘　　要：目的探讨烧伤湿润包扎法治疗新生儿先天性皮肤缺损的临床应用效果。方法对3例先天性皮肤缺损的患儿均采用美宝湿润烧伤膏联合重组生长因子用烧伤湿润包扎法处理创面,同时抗感染,必要时进行营养支持等综合治疗。结果患儿均痊愈出院,无感染发生,住院费用低,效果满意。结论烧伤湿润包扎法是新生儿先天性皮肤缺损可靠有效的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of burn moist bandaging method in congenital skin defect of newborn infants. Methods Three cases were treated with MEBO and EGF called burn moist bandaging method. At the same time, anti-infective therapy, nutritional support was given to the newborn infants if necessary. Results All eases were recovered without infection, the cost was low, the result was satisfactory. Conclusions Burn moist bandaging method is effective and credible in the therapy of Congenital skin defect of newborn infants
