杭州地区24家医院2006-2010年药物利用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解杭州地区医院2006-2010年的药物利用情况。方法:采用回顾性方法,对杭州地区24家医院2006-2010年的用药数据进行统计、分析。结果:该地区医院的药品总销售金额逐年增加。销售金额排序列前3位的分别是抗感染药、神经系统用药和抗恶性肿瘤药。抗感染药销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例5年平均为25.87%,低于广东、成都地区医院的同期水平;神经系统用药销售金额上升趋势明显。销售金额排序列前20位的药品中,抗感染药占大多数,其中以β-内酰胺类居多。销售金额前20位的厂家中,外资及合资企业占大多数,其销售金额占总销售金额的比例达25%左右,但国产企业数量逐年增加。结论:该地区医院2006-2010年的用药结构较以往有一定变化,与当地疾病谱变化趋势基本一致,未来几年可能不会有太大变化,但各类药物的市场份额会有明显的变化趋势。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the utilization of drug in hospitals of Hangzhou area during 2006-2010.METHODS：The data of drug use in 24 hospitals of Hangzhou area during the period of 2006-2010 were analyzed statistically by retrospective method.RESULTS：The total consumption sum of drugs in Hangzhou area increased year by year.The top 3 drugs in the list of consumption sum were anti-infective drugs,nervous system and anti-cancer drugs.The percentage of anti-infective drugs in the total consumption sum of drug in 5 years was 25.87%,which was lower than the levels of Guangdong and Chengdu over the same period.Neurological drugs were rising significantly.Among top 20 drugs in the list of consumption sum,majority were antibiotics,of which the most were β-lactam.Top 20 manufacturers in the list of consumption sum,foreign investment and joint ventures accounted for the majority,their percentage of consumption sum in the total consumption sum of drugs was about 25%.The number of state-owned enterprise increased year by year.CONCLUSION：Structure of drug use in Hangzhou area during 2006-2010 has some changes,which is in line with the tendency of spectrum change of disease.There is no significant change in the future.All kinds of drugs market share will have apparent change.
