复方利多卡因乳膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方利多卡因乳膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法:将129例患者按2:1的比例分为治疗组86例和对照组43例,治疗组外涂复方利多卡因乳膏,前4周每日2次,然后2周每日1次,最后2周隔日1次,共治疗8周;对照组外涂羌月软膏,用药方法与疗程同治疗组。采用统一的疗效评定标准进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组治疗2、4、8周以及停药2周后病情积分下降明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组显效时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率90.70%,明显优于对照组的62.79%(P<0.01)。不良反应发生率低而轻。结论:复方利多卡因乳膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎安全、有效。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the efficacy and safety of Compound lidocaine cream in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis.METHODS：129 patients were divided into treatment group （86 cases） and control group （43 cases） in the ratio of 2：1.The patients in treatment group were smeared with Compound lidocaine cream twice a day in the first 4 weeks,once a day in the following 2 weeks,once every other day in the last 2 weeks.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The patients in control group were smeared with Qiangyue cream,the method and course of treatment were same to the treatment group.And uniform evaluation standards were adopted to estimate curative effect.RESULTS：The integral of pathogenetic condition declined obviously at 2,4,8 weeks of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment as compared to the control group（P0.05 or P0.01）;the time for excellence of treatment group was much shorter than that of control group（P0.01）.The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.70%,it was obviously higher than 62.79% of control group （P0.01）.Moreover,the treatment had slight side effects.CONCLUSION：Compound lidocaine cream has sound curative effect on hormone-dependent dermatitis,and is a safe and effective non-hormone preparation for external use.
