摘  要:在pH=7.55的Tris-HC l缓冲溶液中,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为增敏剂,三聚氰胺与四氯对苯醌之间发生荷移反应,研究了其反应产物的紫外光谱性质,据此建立了荷移反应紫外分光光度法测定三聚氰胺的方法。三聚氰胺的线性范围为8.61×10-8~2.60×10-6mol/L,r=0.9995,检出限为2.58×10-8mol/L,相对标准偏差为1.9%。在测定波长309nm处,配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为7.50×105L.mol-1.cm-1。按国标法处理样品,采用本法测定,回收率偏低;利用自制分子印迹聚合物固相萃取柱对牛奶样品进行预处理后,检测结果满意。方法为奶制品中三聚氰胺的筛查和检测提供了新方法。The UV spectral characteristics of a charge-transfer complex formed between MEL as the donor and chloranil(TCBQ) as the acceptor with cetyltrinethylammonium bromide as sensitizing agent in Tris-HCl pH=7.55 were studied.A novel ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the determination of melamine(MEL) has been developed based on the charge-transfer reaction.The linear range,detection limit and relative standard deviation were 8.61×10-8~2.60×10-6mol/L(r=0.9995),2.58×10-8 mol/L and 1.89%,respectively.The apparent molar absorptivity of MEL complex at 309 nm was 7.50×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.The sample solutions were pretreated according to the standard method using the self-made solid phase extraction column.This method is simple,rapid and accurate.The investigation provided a new research trend in testing of melamine in milk and dairy products.
