摘　　要：本文介绍DL-6A型电阻真空计的误差。DL-6A型电阻真空计测量范围是10^-1～10^5Pa，在10～5×10^3Pa，误差为10％，在小于10Pa和大于5×10^3Pa误差为35％。The error of DL-6A Pirani gauge was described in this paper. The measurement range of this gauge is 10^-1- 10^5Pa, and the measurement error is about 10% in the range of 10Pa×10^3Pa. When the pressure is lower than 10Pa or higher than 5×10^3Pa, the error is about 35%.
