摘 要:钻井过程中准确获取钻压、扭矩、环空压力等井下工程参数对降低钻井风险和事故具有十分重要的意义。针对钻井工程参数获取困难的问题,国内外相继开发了能随钻测量井下工程参数的测量仪,在近钻头部位增加一个测量短节,安放井下电源、传感器及数据采集电路,能在不同井深、井段、钻机及不同钻井工况下连续使用,具有良好的可靠性和较高的测量精度。文中通过对国内外钻井工程参数测量技术进行调研,介绍了钻井井下工程参数的获取方法及特点,重点介绍和分析了井下工程参数测量仪的研发现状及特点。During the drilling process,accurately obtaining the drilling engineering parameters,such as weight on bit,torque and annulus pressure has great significance to reduce the drilling risks and accidents.Aimed at the difficulty of obtaining the drilling engineering parameters,the measuring instrument which can measure while drilling has been developed at home and abroad.The instrument is used in methods of increasing the short measuring section at the last bit position and placing the underground power supply,sensors and data acquisition circuit.It can be used continuously at different depths,different rigs and different operating conditions,and it has good reliability and high accuracy.The measured parameters by this instrument have important significance to drilling engineering.Through researching on the measuring technology of drilling engineering parameters,this paper introduced the acquisition methods and characteristics of downhole drilling engineering parameters,and analyzed the development status and characteristics of measuring instrument for downhole drilling engineering parameters.
