摘  要:根据多年来炼钢动态控制模型的应用实践经验,详细介绍了动态控制模型的定义、功能、脱碳和升温公式的系统推导,动态分组原则、动态控制模型运行过程中所采用的主要管理和技术措施。武汉钢铁股份公司炼钢总厂四分厂2007年底投产以来,通过强化和细化动态控制模型的管理,大大提高了动态模型的适应能力,实现了一键炼钢,2010年一键炼钢率平均达到87.21%,最高达到93.12%;C-T双命中率也稳步提升,2010年下半年稳定在90%以上,最高达94.04%。According to the practical experience of applying the dynamic control model for many years, the definition, function and systematic derivation of the decarburization and heating formula, the main grouping principles and the management and technology measures for the dynamic control model are described in details. Since the No. 4 Steel Plant of WISCO was put into commissioning in the end of 2007, the adaptability for the dynamic control model has been greatly improved and the function of One-Key-Steelmaking has been realized by strengthening and refining the management of dynamic control model. In 2010 the average One-Key-Steelmaking rate reached 87. 21% and the best one was 93. 12 %, and in the second half year of 2010, the C-T hitting rate were over 90 % and the best one reached 94. 04 %.
