摘 要:针对天津钢铁集团有限公司120t复吹转炉,通过水力学物理模拟对转炉底吹供气进行了优化研究,寻求合理的底吹供气模式并进行生产实践。结果表明:转炉底吹对转炉熔池搅拌有很大的影响,喷嘴数目增加,熔池混匀时间有减小的趋势,与喷嘴流量均分模式相比,流量直线模式和"V"型模式混匀时间都得到改善,直线模式更有利于熔池的搅拌;优化后转炉冶炼有较大幅度的改善,转炉终点命中率提高,碳氧积更稳定,达到了强化转炉冶炼的目的。In this paper, bottom-blown scheme of Tian Steel 120 t converter has been investigated by cold physical simulation for seeking the optimum bottom-blown scheme, and the production practice carried out as well. The results show that bottom blowing has a great effect on the minimum mixing time of molten steel and the mixing time trends to decrease with the increase of number of tuyeres. Comparing with traditional bottom blowing scheme the differential bottom blowing schemes (linear and V type) decrease the mixing time of molten steel, especially linear scheme. An obvious improvement of BOF performance has been observed since the optimization of the bottom blowing gas supply and the steelmaking process improved as well.
