摘 要:应用空气-水系统,在直径 600 mm的塔内,对微分浮阀塔板和 F1型浮阀塔板的流体力学性能进行了对比实验研究。应用空气-水-氧气系统,对微分浮阀塔板和F1型浮阀塔板的传质效率进行了对比实验研究。实验结果表明,微分浮阀塔板比F1型浮阀塔板具有更好的流体力学和传质性能,塔板处理能力可提高25%以上,传质效率提高10%以上,介绍了微分浮阀塔板的工业应用情况。Comparison test of hydrpamics of differential floating valve tray and the F1 floating valve tray were carried out measured and in a column with diameter of 600mm and by using the air-water system. The mass transfer efficiencies were compared with the air-water-oxygen system. The results showed that the differential floating valve tray has better hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance than those of the F1 floating valve tray, the processing capacity of the tray increased by more than 25%, and the mass transfer efficiency incleased by more than 10%. Commercial applications of the differential floating valve tray were also introduced.
