摘 要:通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对压电单晶悬臂梁进行仿真分析,再经实验,研究了基板材质、粘结胶、激振力加速度和激振频率对输出电压的影响。结果表明,弹性模量较大的基板能提高输出电压,采用不导电胶比导电胶的输出电压大;压电悬臂梁对激振频率有很好的选择性,当频率为33 Hz时,输出电压为25.3 V;这有助于优化器件结构,设计出理想的压电能量收集器件。The piezoelectric unimorph cantilever was simulated through the finite element analysis software ANSYS and experiments on it were taken out.The effects of the substrate materials,the glue,the acceleration and frequency of the exciting force on the output voltage were analyzed.The results show that the output voltage is improved by the substrate with larger elastic module,and the substrate with non-conductive glue can produce higher voltage than that with conductive.In addition,the piezoelectric cantilever has fine frequency selectivity.The output voltage can reach 25.3 V when the frequency is 33 Hz.These results are beneficial to optimizing the structures of the devices and designing the ideal piezoelectric energy harvester.
