摘  要:目的观察手术方式对创伤性骨折模型家兔血浆β内啡肽(β-EP)及亮氨酸脑啡肽(M et-EN K)含量的影响,探讨手术方式与疼痛的关系。方法选取4个月龄健康新西兰大白兔32只,随机分为克氏针内固定组(A组)、钢板内固定组(B组)、模型组(C组)和正常对照组(D组),分别于手术前、手术后1,3,7,14 d分别抽血采用放射免疫法测定β-EP及M et-EN K的含量。结果①C组随着手术后时间的延长β-EP逐渐下降,与手术前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);②B组随着手术后时间的延长β-EP及M et-EN K含量均逐渐下降,各时间段分别与手术前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);③A组随着手术后时间的延长β-EP及M et-EN K含量均逐渐下降,与手术前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且β-EP及M et-EN K含量水平恢复正常时间较B组短(P<0.01)。结论微创内固定可以影响β-EP及M et-EN K的分泌,可能是通过调节血浆中β-EP及M et-EN K的水平而参与镇痛效应。Objective To study the effect of the mode of operation onβ-endorphin(β-EP) and methionine-enkephalin(Met-ENK)in rabbits with Fracture Operation,and explore its mechanism.Methods 32 health rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: control group,model group,kirschner wires group,steel plate group.Before and after operation for 1,3,7and 14 days,The level of the β-EP and Met-ENK determined by the method of radioimmunity.Results ① The results showed that of theβ-EP decreased significantly of model group(P0.05).②The results showed that of theβ-EP and Met-ENK decreased significantly of steel plate group(P0.05).③The results showed that of theβ-EP and Met-ENK decreased significantly of kirschner wires group(P0.01).The convalescence times were shorter than steel plate group(P0.01).Conclusion Minimally invasive fixation can affect β-EP and Met-ENK secretion,probably taking part in the analgesic effect by regulating plasma β-EP and Met-ENK levels.
