摘　　要：近年来，地市科技情报所的发展环境发生了巨大变化。面对这种形势。Recent years the developing environment of prefectural and municipal institutes of scientific and technological information has been changed greatly. Being faced with such a situation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the reform and development of prefectural and municipal institutes of scientific and technological information.
