血栓通治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究血栓通注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:将100例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例)。两组常规给予西药抗心绞痛治疗,治疗组加用血栓通注射液。观察两组患者的心绞痛缓解,心电图心肌缺血改善情况,血脂、血液流变学各指标的变化。结果:治疗组心绞痛缓解总有效率(98%)明显高于对照组(80%)(P<0.01),两组治疗后心电图示心肌缺血改善情况、血脂、血液流变学各指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:血栓通注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,安全可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective： To study the clinical effect on Xueshuantong Injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina.Methods： 100 patients with angina of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group（50 cases） and control group（50 cases）.Patients in treatment group were treated with routine regimen and Xueshuantong Injection;patients in control group were treated with routine regimen.Indicators of the clinical manifestation of angina,myocardial ischemia judged by electrocardiogram,blood lipids and blood rheology in two groups were observed.Results： The total effective rate of improvement of clinical manifestation of angina were 98.00% and 80.00% in treatment group and control group respectively（P0.01）;there were significant differences of improvement of myocardial ischemia judged by electrocardiogram,blood lipids and blood rheology between two groups after treatment（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion： Xueshuantong Injection has markedly effect with little side one on angina of coronary heart disease,it is worthy to use in application.
