摘　　要：为全面贯彻落实《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,促进临床抗菌药物使用安全、有效、经济。临床药师通过对围术期抗菌药物预防使用干预、处方点评、药品不良反应报告、细菌耐药监测等工作,使抗菌药物临床应用进一步规范,药品不良反应明显减少,抗菌药物使用比例逐步下降。临床药师要充分发挥专业特长,在促进抗菌药物合理使用方面发挥重要作用。In order to fully implement the guiding principles of using of antibiotics in clinic and to promote the rational using of antimicrobial agents which can make patients receive medication safely,effectively and economically.Clinical pharmacists by means of interfering with the using of antimicrobial on perioperative,commenting of prescription,reporting of adverse drug reaction,monitoring of bacterial resistance,which can make the using of antibiotics in clinic to further standardize,decreasing adverse drug reactions and declining the proportion of using of antimicrobial drug.Clinical pharmacists should bring their specialty fully and play an important role in promoting the rationally using of antibacterial.
