摘　　要：目的:探讨肘部尺神经炎的带尺侧下副动脉尺神经松解前置术治疗的手术方法及临床效果。方法:选择25例肘部尺神经炎患者行带尺神经尺侧上副动脉及尺侧返动脉后支的吻合支、尺神经前置的方法治疗,观察肘部尺神经血供特点及对术后疗效的影响。结果:25例术后均获随访,随访时间1年～1年半,平均11.6个月。按Pasque肘管综合征评分系统评定:优18例,良5例,可2例,优良率92%;与术前评定结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:带尺侧下副动脉尺神经松解前置术是治疗肘管综合征的安全有效方法之一。Objective：Discusses the elbow feet neuropathy with feet under side ulnar artery pine solution vice surgical treatment of prerequisite surgical methods and clinical effect.Methods：Choose 25 cases elbow feet neuropathy patients were done with ulnar artery and vice ruler side returns after a ruler side of arterial branches and feet nerve anastomosis,observe the therapy pre-filter elbow feet nerve of postoperative blood supply to the characteristics and the effect of adenoidectomy.Results：25 cases were followed-up for 1 year ～ 1.5 years,average 11.6 months.Press Pasque tube elbow syndrome rating system evaluation：18 cases,good optimization in 5 cases,can be in 2 cases,dykes 92%;Compared with the preoperative evaluation results,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Belt feet under side ulnar artery pine solution vice tube elbow lead art is treatment safe and effective method of one of the syndrome.
