摘 要:用甘蔗渣和蘑菇堆肥作为生物过滤器的填料,去除空气中的甲苯。生物过滤器长期连续运行,在无营养液和pH缓冲剂加入的条件下,研究了生物过滤器中填料含水量和pH的变化以及甲苯去除效率的变化规律,并对填料中的微生物菌属进行了初步鉴定。运行6个月后,填料含水量从56%降到约20%,pH从7.4降至4.5。生物过滤器可以保持4个月的稳定运行阶段,在甲苯进口浓度100~600 mg/m3范围内,甲苯平均去除率在85%。填料内检出青霉、毛霉、曲霉和芽孢杆菌属。生物过滤器的较佳运行条件为:填料pH 4.5~7.4,含水量30%~56%。填料含水量低于20%时,生物过滤器的稳定性和甲苯去除能力被破坏。Bagasse and mushroom compost was packed in a biofilter to remove toluene from waste gases.Water content and pH of the packing material,toluene removal rate and the types of microorganisms in the media were investigated during the biofilter's long-term performance without any addition of nutrient,water or pH buffer.After 6 months of operation,the water content and pH decreased from 56% to about 20% and from 7.4 to 4.5,respectively.However,the biofilter had a relatively stable service period for about 4 months.During the stable period,the removal rate of toluene was above 85% at initial concentrations ranging 100~600 mg/m3.Penicillium,Mucor,Aspergillus and Bacillus were found in the packing material.Results show that biofilters using bagasse and mushroom compost as media have high removal rate for toluene with pH ranging 4.5~7.4 and water content in the range of 30%~56%.The biofilter's stability and removal capacity declined greatly when water content was lower than 20%.
