摘 要:为了探讨生活垃圾堆肥的氮素损失问题,对生活垃圾(A组)、污泥和生活垃圾混合B组(w/w=1∶6)、C组(w/w=1∶4)组等3组物料进行高温好氧堆肥,研究污泥用量对生活垃圾堆肥化过程中温度、pH值、各氮素转化与损失的影响。结果表明:投加污泥会影响生活垃圾的通风性能,减慢物料的升温速率,延长堆肥周期。污泥用量对生活垃圾堆肥过程中pH值变化影响不明显。投加污泥有利于增加堆肥氮素中硝态氮含量和铵态氮的累积,并随污泥用量的增加硝态氮含量和铵态氮最大累积量也随之增加,有利于堆肥氮素的保持。投加污泥有利于减少生活垃圾中有机氮和总氮的损失。投加污泥能有效降低生活垃圾堆肥过程的氮素损失,但氮素损失率随污泥用量的增加而增加,污泥的最适用量需进一步研究。Unmixed municipal solid waste MSW(group A),sludge mixed with MSW 1∶ 6(group B) and 1∶ 4(group C) were composted to investigate the nitrogen loss in the process of MSW composting under high temperature and aerobic conditions.The effects of sludge amount on temperature,pH,nitrogen transformation and loss during composting were studied.The result shows that addition of sludge affects the ventilation performance of MSW,slows down the heating rate and extends the composting period,but has no effects on pH.Addition of sludge is beneficial to the accumulation of ammonium and nitrate content,the maximum accumulation of ammonium and nitrate content increased as the amount of sludge increased,which is contributed to reserve nitrogen.Addition of sludge can reduce the loss of organic nitrogen and total nitrogen during MSW composting.Addition of sludge can effectively reduce the nitrogen loss during MSW composting,but the ratio of nitrogen loss increased with the amount of sludge increased furtherly,so the optimal amount of sludge added into MSW composting process should be further studied.
