摘 要:为提高专利知识在产品开发和创新设计中的应用价值,结合专利技术特征提出了一种三维立体专利知识模型。该模型以核心专利为基点,结合专利层从宏观和微观两个方面分析了专利技术的发展动向和对应开发策略,给出了专利模型中新专利的预测方式;基于专利模型中的问题属性,借助发明问题解决理论等创新理论,探索专利创新策略和问题解决方案。基于Java技术建立的原型系统实现了模型的上述功能,并通过一种机械零件的专利技术及创新策略示例,展示了模型的应用过程。To improve the application value of patents knowledge in the product development and innovative design,a spatial patents knowledge model integrated with the patents technical characteristics was put forward.Based on the core patent,the development trend and the corresponding development strategies of patent technology were analyzed in the patents layers from microcosmic and macroscopic perspectives,and then the prediction methods of new patents were presented.Based on the problems' attributes in patent model,with aid of the innovative theories such as Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems(TRIZ),the innovative strategies and problem-solving methods were explored.Prototype system developed with Java technology realized above-mentioned functions,and the validity and practicability of the patents model was revealed via an example of tappet's patents and innovative strategy.
