摘　　要：基于IEC/ISO 62264国际标准对制造运行管理的结构划分,提出了一种面向制造企业的制造运行管理系统。该系统由工厂资源信息管理平台和四个运行管理子系统构成。通过构建工厂资源信息管理平台,实现对企业各类制造数据的集成和统一管理,以解决制造执行系统实践中信息难以有效地集成与共享的问题;通过设计四个运行管理子系统,实现对企业的生产运行、维护运行、质量运行和库存运行的全面管理与维护,以解决制造执行系统片面地关注生产执行的问题。通过将该系统应用于某乳制品生产企业,验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。Based on the structure of Manufacturing Operations Management（MOM） which was defined in prominent international standard IEC/ISO 62264,a MOM system oriented to manufacturing enterprises was proposed.This system consisted of a plant resources information management platform and four operations management subsystems.The plant resources information management platform was constructed to integrate and manage all kinds of manufacturing data so as to resolve difficulty in information integration and sharing in Manufacturing Execution System（MES）.Through the four operations management subsystems,comprehensive management and maintenance were conducted in the production operations,maintenance operations,quality operations and inventory operations for enterprises to solve the shortcomings of MES,which only focused on production execution.A practical application of dairy product case was provided to demonstrate feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
