摘 要:为了对机械采油系统在复杂环境下的工作状况进行虚拟仿真分析,采用MATLAB语言开发了机械采油数字化仿真系统。该系统将机械采油系统分解成抽油机、杆管组合、油藏、电动机、减速箱等五个部分进行信息处理和数据库管理;将牛顿—辛普森法应用于抽油机四连杆机构的非线性运算,并进行抽油机的优化及仿真分析;采用有限差分法求解抽油杆柱振动力学模型,进行机械采油系统的动态仿真。基于数字化仿真系统,采用非圆齿轮对抽油机减速箱传动方式进行了优化,并仿真分析了其优化效果。To conduct virtual simulation analysis on the working conditions of mechanical oil production system in a complicated environment,a digital mechanical oil production simulation system was developed based on MATLAB.The mechanical oil production system was divided into pumping unit,rod and tubing,reservoir,motor,gear boxes for information processing and database management.By applying Newton-Simpson method to the nonlinear operation of four-bar linkage,the optimization and simulation of pumping unit was performed.The mechanical model of rod string vibration was solve by using finite difference method,and the dynamic simulation of mechanical oil production system was carried out.The transmission type of reduction gearbox was optimized by using non-circular gear and effectiveness of optimization was analyzed based on digital simulation system.
