摘 要:目的:探讨高原缺氧下胸部火器伤邻近心肌组织学和超微结构改变。方法:各选15只高原杂种犬分为对照组和预防组,致伤后24h 活杀对照观察。结果:高速投射物致伤后对心肌组织产生较明显的远达效应。对照组病理组织学及超微结构损伤严重,但以心肌细胞本身的超微结构损伤为主。预防组损伤明显减轻,主要表现为心肌间质水肿及毛细血管的组织学改变。结论:上述改变可能与高速投射物致伤时产生的冲击波、血液动力学改变、以及高原缺氧有关,对远离伤道器官损伤应引起临床重视。To explore the pathological changes of myocardium of dogs associated with firearm-wound of chest under condition of high altitude hypoxia.Methods:Animals were divided into 15 cases each control group and theropeutic group,and the structure of myocardium of them were examined by microscopy after 24 hr trauma resulted in bullet wound.Results:The ultrastructure of myocardium of dogs had an more obvious damage,especially on capillary,and interstial edema in myocardium in comparison to the theropeutic group.Conclusions:The damage of myocardium could be induced by firearm-wound of chest resulted in bullet at high altitude.And early attention and treatment are useful in clinical practice.$$$$
