6种藏香和印度香挥发油成分的GC-MS比较分析

摘　　要：目的对雪域康桑藏香、圣康香藏香、康巴藏香、亚青寺藏香、布达拉藏香、印度香等市售6种香中挥发性成分进行定性分析。方法参照《中国药典》2010年版一部XD挥发油测定法项下方法(甲法)提取挥发油,采用气-质联用技术和程序升温法,以DB-17MS毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)进行挥发油成分分析,用NIST08LIB图谱库检索挥发油成分组成,并用面积归一法分别计算各成分的相对含量。结果康巴藏香鉴定了74个成分、亚青寺藏香鉴定了56个成分、印度香鉴定了53个成分、雪域康桑藏香鉴定了47个成分、布达拉藏香鉴定了36个成分、圣康香藏香鉴定了40个成分。6种藏香挥发油含量及挥发性成分都存在较大差异,共有成分主要有樟脑、黄樟脑、β-桉叶醇等。Objectiv：To analysis the qualitative of volatile components from Xueyu Kangsang Tibetan incense, Sheng Kang incense Tibetan incense, Khamba Tibetan incense, Ya Qing Temple Tibetan incense, Potala Tibetan incense and India incense. Methods： Reference to ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ 2010 edition of a X D Determination of volatile oil under the method （a method） to extract volatile oil, using gas chromatography - mass teehnologyand temperature-programmed methods to DB-17MS capillary column （30m × 0.25mm × 0.25 μm）volatile oil composition analysis,database searching withNIST08LIB volatile oil composition,and using area nor- realization method were calculated relative content of each component. Resuhs：Khamba Tibetan incense identified 74 components, Ya Qing Temple Tibetan ineense identified 56 components, India incense identified 53 components Xueyu Kangsang Tibetan inecaseidentified 47 components Potala Tibetan incense identified 36 components She-ng Kang incense Tibetan incense identified 40 comportents. There are signifie-ant differences in volatile components of marketed six kinds of Tibetan incense, total ingredients are comphor, safrole, β-eudesmol,etc. Conclusion ： Preparation and quality control methods of the Tibetan incense provide a scientific basis for improvement.
