摘　　要：目的研究双切口双钢板内固定治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法自2005年9月至2009年12月采用双切口双钢板内固定治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折16例,对患者年龄、致伤原因、合并损伤、手术时机等进行综合分析,术后功能评价采用R asm ussen膝关节功能评分标准进行评价。结果术后16例患者均获得随访,时间4~47个月,平均18个月,骨折均获骨性愈合。根据R asm ussen膝关节功能评分法进行综合评分,优9例,良4例,可1例,差2例。结论采用双切口双钢板内固定治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折,固定坚强,并发症少,效果满意。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the treatment of tibial plateau fractures of SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ with double plates fixation and two incisions.Methods From September 2005 to December 2009,16 cases of tibial plateau fractures of SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ were treated with double plates fixation and two incisions.Age,cause of injury,combined injury and timing of surgery were comprehensive analysised.Evaluating the knee′s function was according to Rasmussen system.Results All cases were followed up from 4 to 47 months with an average time of 18 months.Bone union was achieved in all cases.According to Rasmussen′s functional grading system,9 cases were excellent,4 cases good,2 cases common,2 cases bad.Conclusion The technique with double plates fixation and two incisions for the tibial plateau fractures of SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ provides satisfactory effect and stable fixation and little complication.
