摘 要:目的为在临床上施行棘突椎板侧翻造盖术提供理论和实验室依据。方法对20套腰L3、L4、L5人脊柱干标本施行棘突椎板侧翻造盖,测量椎板及棘突的高度,重塑椎管,再做术前和术后的腰椎CT,然后将图像用photo-shop软件处理,测量术前和术后椎管面积。结果棘突高度等于原来椎板高度,术后无明显骨缺失,术后面积大于术前面积。结论翻转后的棘突椎板可以扩大原来的椎管,这种术式可以作为防止椎板切除术后硬膜外黏连的可行选择。Objective To provide the theoretical and experimental foundation for performing spinal process vertebral plate shelf operation with lumbar spinal stenosis for prevention of Epidural adhesion.Methods The spinal process vertebral plate shelf operation was preformed on 20 cases′ lower lumbar vertebraes,and height of vertebral plate and spinal process was measured,the area of vertebral canal was calculated at before-operation and post-operation on the CT image by Photoshop software.Results The height of spinal process was similar to that of vertebral plate,the shelf wasn′t lack of bone.The postoperative spinal canal area was larger than that of preoperative.Conclusion The lumbar canals were expanded after the operation of turning over spinal process and vertebral plate,and which was a alternative method to prevent epidural adhesion and spinal canal restenosis.
