慢性肾功能不全患者3项血小板指标的观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察和分析慢性肾功能不全时 3项血小板指标的改变。方法 :用 MICRO- OT- 1 8型全自动血细胞分析仪对 72例慢性肾功能不全患者的平均血小板体积 ( MPV)、血小板计数( BPC)和血小板压积 ( PCT)进行了测定 ,并与 50例正常人的检测值作对照。结果 :发现尿毒症患者的 MPV比对照组明显缩小 ,且血肌酐 ( Scr)越高 ,MPV越小。氮质血症患者的 MPV与对照组无显著性差异 ;BPC和 PCT只在 Scr≥ 1 0 0 0 μmol/ L的尿毒症组比对照组显著减少。结论 :尿毒症患者所具有的出血倾向 ,可能与Objective: To observe the changes in parameters of blood platelets in chronic renal failure (CRF) patients Methods: The mean platelet volume (MPV), blood platelet count (BPC) and the plateletcrit (PCT) were measured by the MICRO OT 18 style Auto-Blood Cells Analyser (which be made by the Company of ABX in France) in 72 patients with chronic renal failure, and 50 normal subjects as control group Results: It find out that the MPV of the patients with uremia were significantly smaller than that normal ones, and the serum creatinine (Scr) higher , the MPV smaller There is not significant difference between the nitremia group and the normal control group BPC and PCT are reduced obviously only in the group of Scr≥1000 μmol/L than the normal control group Conclusions: So the tendency of bleeding in patients with uremia may be concerned with the small platelets
