摘 要:在微波条件下,制备了以钾为助剂的Fe/SiO2负载型催化剂。研究了反应温度及钾(K)含量,对铁基催化剂催化合成气直接制备低碳烯烃性能的影响。结果表明,在一定温度范围内,催化剂有较好的稳定性,在280℃下CO转化率、低碳烯烃选择性以及收率较高;280℃下微波辐射法制备的10%Fe-K/SiO2系列催化剂,CO转化率与低碳烯烃的选择性都随着K含量的增加先增大后减少,当K负载量为2%(质量分数)时达到最大值。所以,反应温度280℃下,催化剂10%Fe-2%K/SiO2有最好的催化效果。A series of Fe/SiO2 catalysts with different K contents were prepared by microwave irradiation assisted impregnating Fe into SiO2. The effects of reaction temperature and K content in the catalysts on syngas conversion ( CO hydrogenation) to light olefins ( C2 = - C4 = ) were examined. The results showed that in a certain temperature range, the catalysts had a better stability, under 280℃ both syngas conversion and the total selectivity to light olefins were the highest. With the increase of potassium both syngas conversion and the total selectivity to light olefins were gone up firstly and then lower when the potassium come to 2% ( wt), all reach the highest for the series of 10% Fe - K/SiO2 catalysts under 280℃. Consequently under 280℃ the catalyst 10% Fe - 2% K/SiO2 was the best.
