中国推进区域合作与FTA建设的战略思考

摘　　要：我国加强区域合作与建设FTA虽然取得了一些成绩,但还缺乏整体的FTA发展战略,实际的经济效益也很有限。有必要在总结区域合作和建设FTA经验的基础上,制定我国参与区域合作的战略目标、伙伴选择、合作内容以及推进策略,以便更好地参与区域合作和地区秩序的构建。Although China has acknowledged certain performance in strengthening regional cooperation and building FTA,we still lack the overall developing strategy for FTA,moreover,the real economic returns of FTA is limited.China needs to summarize the experience of regional cooperation and the presence of FTA before designing strategic goals、choosing of partners、cooperation content and improving strategies,only through this way can we better perform in regional cooperation and rules construction.
