VCD产业的破坏性创新对山寨手机产业的启示

摘　　要：本文通过对VCD产业和山寨手机产业的案例比较分析,发现VCD产业的发展经历了破坏性创新的完整演化过程,而山寨手机产业的破坏性创新仍处于机会识别阶段,需要经历破坏性创新产品性能的持续改进和市场选择。在此基础上,文章对山寨手机产业的发展路径和政府产业政策提出了有针对性的对策建议。This paper using the case studying of VCD industry and bandit mobile phone industry,found that the development process of VCD industry has undergone a complete disruptive innovation evolution,and the disruptive innovation of bandit phone industry is still in the opportunity identification phase,but still need to experience a devastating innovation and continuous improvement of product performance and market selection stage.On this basis,this papaer put forward specific suggestions on the path of the development of bandid mobile phone industry and the government＇s industrial policy.
