摘　　要：空冷350MW汽轮发电机定子线棒在试验研究和生产制造中,通过工艺、设备和工装的改进,定子线棒的空间形状、几何尺寸、电气性能等都达到了设计要求,提升了空冷机组定子线棒生产制造能力和工装、工艺水平,使空冷机组定子线棒制造工艺水平迈上了新的台阶。Production technology of 350MW air-cooled generator stator bar was described in this paper.The innovation and improvement for the manufacturing equipments,tools and the manufacture process were also described.By the ways above,the figures,sizes and electrical properties of the bars all meet the need of design and the stator bar manufacturing ability and manufacture process and equipment all went forward a new step.
