摘 要:为了研究不等厚磁极结构对兆瓦级直驱式永磁同步风力发电机影响,首先计算了电机的齿槽转矩,并建立瞬态电磁场模型,利用时步有限元法对发电机的电磁场和输出特性进行了计算。在此基础上,分析了磁极偏心距的变化对电机齿槽转矩、空载气隙磁场分布以及在负载情况下对输出特性的影响。结果表明,采用不等厚磁极可以影响发电机的齿槽转矩,优化气隙磁密波形,但同时使电机极间漏磁增加,负载时输出电压和功率降低。To research the influences on megawatt-scale directly-driven Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator for wind turbine by the structure of unequal thickness magnetic poles,the cogging-torque was calculated and a model of transient electromagnetic field was established.The electromagnetic field and the output performance of generator were simulated and calculated by time-stepping finite element method.Further more,the effects of the eccentricity of poles on cogging torque,distribution of air-gap magnetic field at no-load and output performance at load were analyzed.The results showed that the cogging torque of PMSG can be influence and the waveform of no-load air-gap flux density can be optimized.However,unequal thickness poles can increase leak-flux,decrease output voltage and power.
