复方炎平抗喘作用机制的研究

摘　　要：目的；探讨复方炎平抗喘机制。方法：观察ＹＰ对大鼠肥大细胞体外脱颗粒的影响。观察ＹＰ对致敏豚鼠离体回肠纵肌白三烯Ｄ４（ＬＴＤ４）受体的阻断作用。结果：ＹＰ１００μｇ／ｍｌ即可明显肥大细胞脱颗粒，明显阻断鼠回肠纵肌ＬＴＤ４受体，具有剂量依赖性。结论：ＹＰ可通过稳定肥大细胞膜，抑制致敏介质组胺扩ＬＴＤ４的释放及阻断ＬＴＤ４受体而发挥抗喘作用。Objective:To research the anti-asthma mechanism of VP.Methods;Observe the effect of VP on the extrinsic degranulation of rats' mast cells and observe the blocking effect of YP on LTD_4 receptors of the extracorporeal ileum longitudinal muscles of sensitizing guineaa pig.Result:YP 100μg/ml could greatly inhibit the degranulation of rats' mast cells and block the LDT_4 receptors of the extracorporeal ileum longitudinal muscles of guinea pig.These effects were dosage dependence.Conclusion:YP can play the anti-asthma effect through stabilizing mast cell membrane, inhibiting the release of sensitized medium,such as histamine and LTD_4 and blocking LTD_4 receptors.
