金黄色葡萄球菌在慢性淋病的检出及药敏试验

摘　　要：目的；研究金黄色葡萄球菌与淋病奈瑟菌混合感染情况，为临床治疗提供依据。方法：采用选择培养法培养细菌，并用Ｋ－Ｂ法做药敏试验。结果：５６例慢性淋病患者标本中，检出金黄色葡萄球菌１８株；敏感药物为阿莫西林，利福平，氧氟沙星和头孢唑啉钠，无效药物为壮观霉素。结论：慢性淋病可以检测出金葡菌，提示慢性淋病，尤其是使用过抗淋病奈瑟菌抗生素的患者应特别注意金葡菌及其Ｌ型的检测及用药。Objective:To examine the mixed infection of staphylococci and Neissenria gonorrhoesae in gonorrhea so as to provide the basis for the clinical treatment. Methods:Using the selective culture for the bacteria and K-B drug sensitive test for the relative pathogenic bacteria.Result:In the samples of chronic gonorrhea, staphylococci could be detected and the effective drugs were amoxicillin,rifampin,ofloxacin and cefamedin.Conclusion:In chronic gonorrhea,especially already treated with anti-Neissenria gonorrhoeae antibiotics,we should pay attention to the detection of staphlococci and the selection of drugs.
