摘 要:变发散角半导体激光束具有重要的应用意义。根据光线传输的基本原理,从理论上推导了变发散角半导体激光器光束整形发射系统的设计公式,在推导过程中,为了更准确地设计系统,保证出射光束质量,需考虑半导体激光器的固有像散。讨论了最佳的系统结构形式,推导了半导体激光器光束整形的变发散角公式,根据该公式设计了一个变发散角半导体激光器光束整形发射系统,并计算了实现变发散角所需元件的移动量。用ZEMAX软件对所设计的系统进行了仿真实验分析,结果表明,该整形系统的整形效果比较理想,可以在0~0.5°范围内实现发散角的连续可变。The semiconductor laser beam with variable divergence angle has an important significance in application.In this paper,according to the basic principle of light-ray propagation,a design equation for LD beam-shaping optical system with variable divergence angle was deduced.In order to design the system accurately and ensure the quality of output beam,astigmatism of the laser diode should be considered.The best structure of the system was discussed and the formula for calculating the variable divergence angle was derived.Based on this formula,a LD beam-shaping system was designed and the displacement of GRIN lens could be calculated.This system was simulated with ZEMAX software.Simulation results show that the effect of the beam-shaping system is ideal and the divergence angle can change continuously in the range of 0-0.5°.In addition,the system has a small volume and is easy to integrate.
