摘　　要：机械制造业中采用数控车削的方法加工螺纹是目前最常用的方法,保证车削精度是其加工重点,本文从螺纹加工进刀方式、刀具参数的选用、刀具的正确安装、程序的编制以及切削液等5个方面对螺纹加工精度的影响进行了详细阐述。The CNC turning threading is most commonly used in machinery manufacturing.Ensure the accuracy of its processing priority.This paper stated the influence of the thread processing accuracy from five aspects or thread cutting feed mode,selection of tool parameters,correct installation of the cutter,the preparation of the program,and cutting solutions.
