摘 要:利用溶胶–凝胶法合成γ-LiAlO2:Eu3+荧光粉,用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和荧光光谱仪研究了助熔剂H3BO3对γ-LiAlO2:Eu3+红色荧光粉物相结构、发光性能、形貌的影响。结果表明:合成的样品仍为四方晶系结构;其发光强度随H3BO3加入量的增加先增强,后减弱,当加入H3BO3量为0.8%(摩尔分数)时,发光强度最大;H3BO3的加入利于γ-LiAlO2:Eu3+红色荧光粉的晶化、改善其形貌、增强其发光强度。γ-LiAlO2:Eu^3+ phosphor was prepared by a sol–gel method.The effect of H3BO3 as a flux on structure,luminescence pro-perties and morphology of the γ-LiAlO2:Eu^3+ red phosphor was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron micro-scope and fluorescence spectrophotometer.The results show that the structure of sample is still tetragonal.The luminescence intensity firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of flux quantity,The optimal quantity of H3BO3 was 0.8% in mole.H3BO3 as a flux could favor the phosphor to crystallize,improve the particle morphology and enhance the intensity of the excitation and emission spectra of γ-LiAlO2:Eu^3+ phosphor.
