摘  要:以改性凹凸棒石为模板,通过无机物前驱体颗粒的自组装制备CeO2/SiO2复合材料,经热碱浸渍去除模板后煅烧得到CeO2纳米管。借助X射线粉末衍射、透射电子显微镜、选区电子衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜、Raman光谱仪和N2气吸脱附仪等对CeO2纳米管的形貌和结构进行表征,考察了硝酸铈与活性氧化硅质量比对产物的影响。结果表明:当硝酸铈与活性SiO2纳米棒质量比为3:1时,CeO2纳米颗粒可以均匀包覆在活性SiO2纳米棒表面;优化参数后制备的CeO2纳米管外径和内径分别在50~100 nm和20~50 nm之间,与无孔CeO2相比,CeO2纳米管具有较好的CO催化效果。A CeO2/SiO2 composite was prepared via a self-assembly process of inorganic precursor nanoparticles with a modified attapulgite as a template.The CeO2 nanotubes were obtained after removal of templates by hot alkali liquor treatment and calcination.Morphology and texture of the samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscope,field emission scanning electron microscope,selected area electron diffraction,Raman spectroscopy and nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurements.Effect of mass ratio of Ce(NO3)3 to SiO2 on the product was investigated.The results show that the coated CeO2 nanoparticles layers on active SiO2 nanorods surface are uniform when mass ratio of cerium nitrate to active SiO2 nanorods is 3:1.The ceria nanotubes with an external diameter of 50–100 nm and an inner diameter of 20–50 nm,which were prepared under the optimum conditions,exhibited a more excellent catalytic activity for CO rather than the non-hollow ceria.
