摘 要:对白光发光二极管(light-emitting diode,LED)用Y3Al5O12(YAG)单晶荧光材料的制备和光谱性能进行了研究。采用提拉法生长了白光LED用Ce:YAG及Sm,Ce:YAG晶体,并通过吸收光谱、激发光谱和发射光谱等对晶体的光谱特性进行表征。结果表明:Ce:YAG单晶作为荧光材料被发射波长460 nm左右的蓝光激发,产生1个480~650 nm的宽峰发射。Ce:YAG荧光材料的发光中缺少红光成分,通过Sm3+,Ce3+共掺的Sm,Ce:YAG晶体可以有效增加发光中的红色发光成分。The growth and spectra characteristics of Ce doped Y3Al5O12(Ce:YAG) and Ce,Sm-codoped YAG(Sm,Ce:YAG) single crystals luminescent materials used for white light-emitting diode(LED) were investigated.The Ce:YAG and Sm,Ce:YAG single crystals were grown by the Czochralski method,and their luminescence properties were analyzed via the absorption,emission and excitation spectra.The results indicate that when Ce:YAG crystal is excitated by 460 nm blue light,a broad emission band of 480–650 nm range is produced in the absence of a red light component.It was found that the red light component of Ce:YAG luminescent ma-terial was of importance to improve the color rendering index,and this could be enhanced by Sm3+ and Ce3+ co-doping.The Sm,Ce:YAG crystal is promising to improve the color rendering index of white LED.
