摘  要:以稀选尾矿和粉煤灰为主要原料,添加适量的石英砂、纯碱等化工原料,经混料、熔制、成型、热处理等工艺过程制得以辉石为主晶相的微晶玻璃。利用DTA、XRD、SEM等测试手段分别研究了核化温度及晶化温度对微晶玻璃力学性能的影响。研究表明:不同的核化温度及晶化温度对稀选尾矿—粉煤灰微晶玻璃主晶相影响较小,但对性能影响较大。最佳的核化、晶化温度分别为720℃和850℃,在此温度下得到的微晶玻璃抗折强度为197MPa。微晶玻璃微观组织结构致密,晶粒细小而分布均匀,尺寸范围为100~300 nm,以球状晶居多。High quality glass-ceramics based on pyroxene as major crystalline phases has been obtained by using tailings and fly ash as main raw materials by adding small amount of quartz sand,sodium carbonate and other chemical raw materials.The processes of producing glass-ceramics include mixture,melt,molding,heat treatment,etc.The effect of nucleation and crystallization temperature on the mechanical properties of the glass-ceramics has been investigated by Differential Thermal Analysis(DTA),X-ray Diffraction(XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).The results indicate that different nucleation and crystallization temperature have little influence on predominant crystalline phase of the glass-ceramics,but making great influence on the mechanical properties.The bending strength of the glass-ceramics is 197 MPa under the desired nucleation temperature of 720℃ and crystallization temperature of 850℃.Furthermore,a uniform ultrafine grain microstructure with grain size ranges from 100 nm to 300 nm,and a large number of tiny spherical crystals can be observed.
