氯苯连续绝热硝化反应后物料的减压闪蒸过程能量衡算

摘  要:对年产5万t硝基氯苯过程中氯苯绝热硝化反应后物料的减压闪蒸过程进行了能量衡算。结果表明:当氯苯绝热硝化反应后物料进入减压闪蒸设备的物料温度为140-160℃、质量流量为4.80kg.s^-1的经过减压闪蒸,可以在无需外加热的条件下蒸发出0.36kg.s^-1水,同时使物料降温到80℃以下,完全可以依靠物料的潜热实现其能量的自匹配,实现硝化反应后物料的快速冷却及废酸浓缩的回收利用。Energy balance for the flash evaporation process is evaluated in the production of 50kt·a-1 nitrochlorobenzene by continuous adiabatic nitration of chlorobenzene in order to cool down the reacted material and concentrate the waste acid.The evaluated results show that the flash evaporation operation process can meet the need of the energy demand to evaluate water and cool down the reacted material into the flash evaporator and no exterior heating energy is needed in the process while the reacted material at the quality flow rate at 4.80kg·s-1 with 140℃ to 160℃ can be cooled down to 80℃ and the water can be vaporized at the quality flow rate at 0.36 kg·s-1.The reacted material can be rapid cooled and the waste acid can be recycled use after the flash evaporation operation relying on the energy balance for the flash evaporation process.
