摘　　要：随着时代和经济的发展,以组织、经济、文化三种资源的占有状况和职业分化为标准,中国当代社会可分为国家管理人阶层、资本占有者阶层、中间阶层和劳动者阶层。本文通过文献法和逻辑分析法,对我国四个阶层之间的体育利益矛盾和冲突进行了深入的研究,并提出加强社会公正,促进体育利益的合理分配、强化制度建设等对策和方法。With the development of economy and times, China＇s contemporary society falls into four classes： national administrators class, capital holder class, intermediates class and working class, based on occupational differentiation and the holding proportion of organizational resources , economic resources and cultural resources. By studying the documentary and using logical analysis, the paper treated deeply of the interest conflict of the four classes and proposed some counter- measures and methods, such as social justice enhancement, fair profits allocation, system construction strengthen.
