摘　　要：目的观察不同刺激参数下针药复合麻醉对肺切除手术患者术中芬太尼、丙泊酚、维库溴铵用药量的影响。方法将85例肺部开胸手术肺切除患者随机分成5组,每组17例。A组采用全麻对照,B组采用2 Hz电针刺激穴位,C组采用2/100 Hz电针刺激穴位,D组采用100 Hz电针刺激,E组采用2/100 Hz经皮穴位电刺激。分别统计并比较术中芬太尼、丙泊酚及维库溴铵的用药量及其追加量。结果 C组、D组和E组芬太尼追加量与A组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。各组丙泊酚及维库溴铵追加量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针与药物在肺切除手术中具有良好的协同作用,其中尤以强电针刺激为宜。Objective To investigate the effects of combined acupuncture and medicine anesthesia under different stimulation parameters on fentanyl,propofol and vecuronium dosages during the operation in pneumonectomy patients.Methods Eighty-five thoracotomic pneumonectomy patients were randomly allocated to five groups,17 cases each.Group A received general anesthesia as a control;group B,2 Hz electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation;group C,2/100 Hz electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation;group D,100 Hz electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation;group C,2/100 Hz transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation.The fentanyl,propofol and vecuronium dosages and their supplementary dosages were calculated and compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference in supplementary fentanyl dosage between group A and group C,D or E（P0.01,P0.05）.There were no statistically significant differences in supplementary propofol and vecuronium dosages between different groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Electroacupuncture and medicine have a good synergistic effect during pneumonectomy.Strong electrostimulation is particularly suitable.
