速刺配合推拿治疗小儿腹泻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察速刺配合推拿治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组40例。治疗组采用速刺配合推拿治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为87.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗48 h后止泻效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论速刺配合小儿推拿治疗腹泻能迅速缓解病情,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rapid needling plus massage in treating infantile diarrhea.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 80 cases and a control group of 40 cases.The treatment group received rapid needling plus massage and the control group,medication.Results The total efficacy rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 87.5% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The antidiarrheal effect at 48 hrs after treatment was better in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions Rapid needling plus infantile massage can quickly relieve infantile diarrhea and has a definite therapeutic effect.
