摘 要:目的探讨Anti-CCP及CRP在RA活动度及骨侵蚀中的临床预测价值。方法随访收集的56例RA患者和30例健康体检者,采用ELISA、速率散射比浊法联合检测抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体(Anti-CCP)和C-反应蛋白(CRP),结合手、足X线片变化分析Anti-CCP及CRP与RA活动度及骨侵蚀的关系。结果 Anti-CCP及CRP在早期RA组与非早期RA组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),RA活动组与缓解组、骨侵蚀组与非骨侵蚀组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Anti-CCP及CRP联合检测对RA活动度及骨侵蚀可能具有临床预测价值。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combinational detection of Anti-CCP and CRP in Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA) activity and bone erosion.Methods Anti-CCP and CRP of 56 cases of RA patients and 30 cases of health control were detected by ELISA and the rate nephelometry combined with hand and foot x-ray films,were compared between early RA group and non-early RA group,activity group and inactivity group,bone erosion group and non-bone erosion group.Results Anti-CCP and CRP were both elevated significantly in RA patients compared to the health control;Anti-CCP and CRP in the early RA group and the non-early RA group had no significant difference(P0.05);there was significant difference(P0.05)between activity group and non-activity group,bone erosion group and non-bone erosion group.Conclusion It's ability valuable to predict the activity and bone erosion of RA,using combinational detection of Anti-CCP and CRP.
