摘 要:用自制贵州超细石英粉为原料,采用三种偶联剂(硅烷WD-50、WD-70和硬脂酸)对其进行表面处理,通过熔融共混制备了超细石英粉/PP和超细石英粉/PE复合材料,系统研究了石英粉填加量和偶联剂种类对熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响。结果表明:添加改性石英粉后,石英粉/PE,PP复合材料的熔体流动速率均有提高,提高量与偶联剂的种类和填加量有关。在填充量低于10份时,三种改性剂对MFR的影响一致,但当填充量提高时,硬脂酸改性的石英粉效果最好,其次为WD-70,WD-50最差;石英粉对PP的熔体流动速率的影响明显高于PE。With the self-made super-fine quartz from Guizhou province for materials,after being treated with three kinds of coupling agent(WD-50,WD-70 and Stearic Acid),the super-fine quartz/PP and super-fine quartz/PE composite were prepared by melt blending method,systematically reseached the effects that different quartz filling amount and different kinds of coupling agent that caused to MFR.The results showed that with modified quartz adding to the composites,both the MFR of quartz powder/PE composite and MFR of quartz powder/PP composite increased and the increased rate was related to the types of coupling agent and the filling amount.When the filling amount was less than 10 copies,the effects of the three kinds of modifier on MFR was generally the same.When the filling amount increased,the effect of Stearic Acid modified quartz was the best,followed by WD-70 quartz and WD-50 modified quartz was the worst.The effects that super-fine quartz powder caused to MFR of PP composite was more obvious than that it did to MFR of PE composite.
