摘  要:主要研究了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)改性硅藻土对亚甲基蓝和孔雀石绿染料废水的吸附处理。考察了pH值、温度、时间和投加量4个因素对有机改性硅藻土处理染料废水效果的影响。研究结果表明:当pH值为8,吸附温度为25℃、吸附时间为20min时,改性硅藻土对亚甲基蓝的处理效果最好,脱色率为71%;当吸附温度为25℃、吸附时间为10 min时,改性硅藻土对孔雀石绿的处理效果最好,脱色率为85%。改性硅藻土对亚甲基蓝和孔雀石绿的吸附都很好地符合Langmuir吸附方程。其对亚甲基蓝的饱和吸附容量为65.8 mg/g,对孔雀石绿的饱和吸附容量为232.6 mg/g。In this study,a modified diatomite was synthesized by exchanging with the anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),and the adsorption of modified diatomite on the methylene blue and malachite green dye wastewater was studied.The influences of pH value,temperature,time and dosage on the discoloring rate of methylene blue and malachite green dye wastewater were researched.The results showed that the discoloring ratio of methylene blue was enhanced after modification,and reached 71% under following conditions:pH value was 8,the temperature was 25℃ and the adsorption time was 20min.The discoloring ratio of malachite green reached 85% under following conditions:temperature was 25℃ and the adsorption time was 10min.Organically modified diatomite on the adsorption of methylene blue and malachite green were in accordanced with the isothermal adsorption equations of Langmuir,and the adsorption capacity of methylene blue was 65.8mg/g,and that of malachite green was 232.6mg/g.
