摘 要:对膨胀石墨和Ni粉末混合物进行机械球磨并随后退火,制备出石墨包裹Ni纳米颗粒材料。通过SEM、TEM、EDS和XRD对产物进行了表征,并研究了产物作为润滑油添加剂的高温摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:制备出的石墨包裹Ni纳米颗粒直径在20~150 nm之间,具有良好的结晶度。产物作为润滑油添加剂具有良好的高温减摩抗磨性能,且随着载荷的增大,该性能更加显著。Graphite encapsulated nickel nanoparticles were prepared by ball-milling and subsequently annealing a mixture of expanded graphite and Ni powders.The products were characterized by SEM,TEM,EDS and XRD.The high temperature friction and wear behaviors of the products used as lubricating additive were investigated.Results showed that the graphite encapsulated nickel nanoparticles as-prepared had a size range of 20~150 nm,and exhibited a well crystallinity.The products used as lubricating additive displayed an obvious high temperature anti-friction and wear resistant effect,and larger the applied load,better the anti-friction and wear resistant effect.
